Among the many food and wine products of great quality and goodness of our territory, we point out in particular: theextra virgin olive oil from Taggiasca olives (our farm Tèra de Prie produces organic oil from Monocultivar Taggiasca), the Conium Bean, Pine cone e Badalucco, l'Garlic of Vessalico, the Perinaldo artichoke, the zuccchina "trumpet".
I wines DOC whites of the province: Vermentino, Pigato. Reds: Ormeasco e Rossese by Dolceacqua. (You can also find them on the hotel's wine list).
Among the recipes: the farinata, the sardenaira, lo stockfish, the rabbit, the fish, the piscialandrea, the green cake, the panissa, i canestrelli of Taggia, the top, the pesto, the cubaite, the chondiglione, the stuffed vegetables and the bread of Triora.
